Info session - EIT Digital 2022
EIT Digital will launch in April the construction of the EIT Digital 2022 activities, for which submissions will be accepted until 12 May 2021.
EIT Digital 2022 is aimed at entrepreneurial minds planning
- to launch or boost a digital tech venture and product (Innovation Factory), or
- to deliver entrepreneurial digital tech education programmes (Entrepreneurial Academy).
The selection will be finalised by the end of June 2021 and activities are expected to start on 1 January 2022.
Current and prospective partners are invited to join the dedicated info session to learn more about the EIT Digital 2022 call. The first hour focusses on the Innovation Factory and the second part of the info session will be dedicated to the Entrepreneurial Academy.

Limecraft - Powerful workflows for video products
If you’ve never heard of Limecraft, you’re clearly not working in the media sector. Their SaaS platform provides integrated workflows for media management, scripted and unscripted TV, and subtitling and localisation. It is used by leading broadcasting companies – such as BBC, VRT, NPO… – and production firms of which De Mensen or Hotel Hungaria might ring a bell (at least if you are Belgian).
NCP Flanders went to Ghent to interview Maarten Verwaest, CEO and cofounder, about how he sees Horizon 2020. Limecraft is a partner in the MeMAD project, which is a collaborative RIA project submitted to an ICT call topic.
