SC7: Secure Societies info day and matchmaking event 2020 calls

We are coming to the end of Horizon 2020 and most talk is about the new framework programme called “Horizon Europe”.  Work is already underway for drafting the new work programmes and we expect them to be published by early October.

However there are still some interesting calls for proposals left for this year in the field of “Societal Challenge 7: secure societies” . They deal with topics like cyberattacks on critical infrastructures, enhancing border security and using artificial intelligence.

These calls will open on the 12th of March. On that day SEREN4 (NCP network for SC7) and the European Commission will organize an information day explaining in detail which projects they are looking for. The next day On the 13th of March, there is also a matchmaking and pitching session for universities, research organizations and companies looking for new partners to form a consortium.

You can register for this event on this website where you can also find the necessary information about the venue, hotel Metropole in Brussels. More than 300 participants have already registered so do not wait too long as the event might be full in the near future.
